We accept your 4-legged friend upon request with a supplement of € 30 for thorough final cleaning. We kindly ask you not to leave your friend alone inside the apartment to avoid unpleasant inconveniences.

In the winter (December to April) and summer (July and August) months the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. In the event that, below the date, we still have availability, we could reduce the minimum stay to single nights.

Certainly! In front of the structure there is a reserved parking for your car. 

Yes! In the basement we have a ski room with a locker for each apartment, in summer you can leave your bicycles here. The depot can be reached by stairs.

Our apartments are all equipped with an independent kitchen with everything needed for cooking. However, if you wish, you can have a rich buffet breakfast in a nearby hotel at a price reserved for you, thus taking advantage of the independence of the apartment and the convenience of a hotel.

All apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels (one set of towels per person per week). It is possible to request a midweek change of linen on request and for a fee.

Yes, final cleaning is included in the price. We kindly ask you to return the apartment clean and tidy (as far as possible). If anomalies are found at the end of the stay, we reserve the right to request the sum necessary to provide for the cleaning. We also invite you to throw all waste in the bins provided before departure.

No, from the agreed price you will not be asked for additional costs except for specific requests or extra services (for example mid-week cleaning, linen change, use of the sauna...).
